1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Khub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Nigeria to register. Business accounts must provide valid CAC details when requested.

3. Account & KYC

Sellers, agents, service providers, drivers and job posters must complete KYC verification. Khub reserves the right to suspend any account that submits false information.

4. Listings

All listings are reviewed by Khub before going live. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, stolen property, and any content that violates Nigerian law.

5. Escrow & Payments

All transactions on Khub are routed through our escrow system. Funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery or the dispute window closes. Off-platform payments void all Khub protections.

6. Verification Boost

Paid monthly verification boosts auto-expire after 30 days. Khub does not refund unused boost periods if an account is suspended for violations.

7. Conduct

Users must not harass, defraud, or impersonate others. Khub may suspend accounts and forfeit escrow balances on confirmed fraud.

8. Liability

Khub acts as an intermediary. We are not the seller of listed goods or services. Our liability is limited to the value held in escrow for the disputed transaction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
