Refund Policy

Your money is safe in escrow until delivery is confirmed.

When you can request a refund

You may request a refund if: (a) the seller does not ship within the agreed window, (b) the item received differs materially from the listing, (c) the item is damaged on arrival, or (d) the service was not delivered.

How to request

Open the order from your dashboard, click Open dispute, attach photos/proof and a short description. You have 48 hours after delivery to open a dispute.

Review timeline

Khub reviews disputes within 3 business days. Both parties may submit evidence. Funds remain frozen in escrow during review.

Outcome

If the buyer wins: 100% refund to wallet, instantly withdrawable. If the seller wins: funds release to the seller. If split fault: a partial refund is issued.

Non-refundable

Verification boost fees, platform service fees, and completed digital deliveries (e.g. completed services with proof of delivery) are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Buyers must use the in-app dispute system before contacting their bank. Filing a bank chargeback while a Khub dispute is active will pause the case until the chargeback is resolved.
